Suds Pond in Cumbria offer an Underwater Drone Service for Ponds, Lakes or Lagoons, where we can carry out underwater Drone Surveys that can help greatly you understanding the spance of water better under the surface, and even samples of plants can be brought back, thus giving you a better chance of removing and in some cases eradicating the invasive weed before it takes over your spance of water.
When we map out where the plant/s are and to what extent they have grown, we can then advise you with the best method to remove the plant/s. This service is a great tool in helping understand under the waterline and not just when it pops up above the waterline, as when this happens the plant/s in some cases can have already a greater hold of your spance of water and in some cases harder to remove. So, catching and identifying it as early as possible is a good thing. Then we can work out a solution as to the best method in dealing with the plant/s removal.
